Introduction

This tool has been designed to enhance the assessment skills of assessors conducting multiple mini interviews (MMIs) and Panel Interviews for selection to Medical Schools across the United Kingdom. The tool aims to improve assessor confidence in making effective selection decisions as well as aiming to enhance the standardisation of the delivery of assessments both within and across Medical Schools. The tool has been developed to complement current local assessor training.

Requirements

To complete this module, you will need the following:

A PC or Mac with internet connection (broadband recommended).
It is recommended that you are able to listen to sound, using either speakers or headphones, as several sections have audio commentary.
